  • The Heart of the Work
Alexander once claimed that if you were a thief, his work would make you a better thief. There are many aspects ourselves that we can improve: standing, sitting, moving posture, performance or simply helping to be more conscious human beings. Perhaps there are some things even greater that we can share with our students; some things that are even more profound. In this presentation we will explore the emotional and (dare I say it) spiritual dimensions of the Work. Please bring an open heart and open mind.
